I have been in this industry for almost 18 years, I have had this role with Aflac for a little over a year now. I started Better Benefits Group in 2022.
Current Employment Achievements:
Better Benefits Group doubled sales from 2022–2023 and is still growing. As a regional Aflac team, last year we achieved annual quota.

I spent 2 years as a District Sales Manager before taking this current role. My team hit annual quota both years and we finished as the #1 district team in percentage of quota both years.

I graduated from the University of Illinois in 2008 with a degree in agribusiness. I have lived in the Peoria area ever since. My wife, Jami, and I currently live in East Peoria with our two dogs, Myles and Leo. My wife is the president and CEO of Heart of Illinois Big Brothers Big Sisters. In my free time, I enjoy working out, playing guitar, golfing and hanging outside with my dogs. Also, my wife and I love to travel and explore new places around the country and world.
